Sarah Ellis, the new Executive Director of Housing Squamish was on the show to tell us more about the four pillars of the strategic plan to bring more affordable housing to Squamish. Thanks for your questions, great chatting with Sarah who brings a wealth of experience. Originally from Ottawa, with time in the States where she advocated for affordable housing in Washington D.C. after getting her Master's Degree in Public Policy at Harvard. Closer to home, Sarah was a housing planner with the City of Vancouver where she also chaired the Metro Vancouver Regional Planning Housing Subcommittee.
